I have a few questions regarding your hosting. First, I’d like to say that I have been with my current provider for over 2 years, and love the service. One thing that is drawing me to you is price. A lot of my friends are using you, and have directed me to your site. Couple questions.

1. How do I make the transition from my site to yours, and make it almost seamless?
2. I currently have 12 email boxes, 10 of which rely on Webmail, will all this webmail data be transferred without data loss?
3. I have a few mailing lists, and one SQL based Photo Album, will all this be transferred seamlessly?

It is very crucial that if I go with you, everything works as it did before, because if it doesn’t, it will affect my family and their email (not good). Please let me know how I can approach this.

Thanks.

1- If your current host is also using cPanel it should be a very easy process and we can do it for you if you contact us. Then you'll just need to point your dns to our nameserver and wait for propagating. You can read more here http://www.cirtexhosting.com/moving.shtml
2- I don't think the webmail data can be transferred, but if you contact us through helpdesk with a ticket, we'll forward the ticket to cPanel and see if it's possible.
3- Yes those should be transferred easily if they're both using mysql databases.

There might be a bit of downtime during the transfer of domain to our DNS< what you can do is on your old hosting service, forward all emails to a temporary one to prevent losing emails to minimum.

Ok, I have submitted a help desk request. I would like to purchase the $9.50 special when we confirm that no data loss will incur.

Thanks
