Its possible to submit ticket w/o cpanel username and password from billing panel (why we need to submit our cpanel details - already signed to billing) I think is security risk for our data.
Tnx in advance

Hi Nocom
That is necessary as customers usually update their cpanel password and thus it may or may not match our billing records for your cpanel password, and we may need it to access certain things via your account for investigations etc..

Hi Admin
tnx for answer, i agree for account investigations.
I suggest to add (if possible) for small server issue problems option w/o panel data , lot of users use private networks and repeating user panel data increase sec risk.Anyway i still have option to send e-mail to support guys (i use this only one time for 8 m and i get for 5 min mysql server restar - great work)
Greets Admin - nice work for last 8m

I have never given my password to support, and I probably never will. If they can't fix it with just my user name, it will have to stay broken.
