Are email account mailboxes included in the diskspace total of a plan? When I go to download the email via POP is that part of my bandwidth that is part of my plan as well?

I don't plan on using that much, but I don't think my current web provider includes email in my statistics so I need to plan accordingly.

Yes email accounts are included in the diskspace total of the package. When you download emails it will be counted as bandwidth but note emails will not take up any noticable bandwidth. You don't have to worry much about emails as you can just set the amount of storage you like for your email account.
