Have you tried the helpdesk? I usually get a nicely timed response when I use it and if not you can also take a moment to consider maybe they're busy with what not, and if all else fails you could always get one of the free chat programs and contact them one on one on there. Even if it's away if you send them a message they do respond as soon as they get a free moment ^^

Hi othrt, this recent month Server Pretty's mysql service has been very unstable and we've been taking all measures to correct the issues as it hasnt happened to any of our even more populated servers before. We're working hard to address the issue and have dispatched an experienced admin to personally take a look at the server today, so we'll have a update later on, but if you're unsatisfied you're welcome to submit a ticket and request full refund and leave with all your money back.

Again we're sorry about the downtimes with Server Pretty's Mysql databases lately, and we show our customers through action that we do care and when our customers sites are down we try our hardest to get things backup and running. Thank you for your feedback.

Less than 12 hours and the site is down yet again. No good service like you say.

But yet so easy for you to offer a cancallation refund. It must be nice not to need customers. I wouldn't now because I can't do business with no service.

We're offering you a refund and cancellation due to the fact that you are very unsatisified and have let us know how much business you've lost through the mysql downtime, giving you a full refund and chance is what you wanted, or do you still want to stay? We don't need customers? Who wouldnt want customers, but for our client's best interest it's probably better for you to move on to a better host. And you've stated numerous times and quote can't do business with us I'll pack your things and send you a backup of your site and a refund. Let us know when you're ready to move :)

othrt, you're acting quite unreasonably. There is no need to accuse Cirtexhosting with false statements simply because you've had bad experiences here. They're trying their best to make your site available again and even refund ALL of your money since they've been unable to keep the 99.9% uptime. This happens quite a bit in other hosting companies, and most won't even reply to your urgent reponses, nor keep you up to date with WHY they're down and when they'll be back up, or even what they're doing to fix it. And refunding? Your can forget about it. You'll be lucky if they don't keep charging you for nothing, which is what I've experienced.

I'm sorry that you didn't find Cirtexhosting to be the right hosting company for you. No one can guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. That's too good to be true. 99.99% is good enough, I believe.

dude.... you can IM them ANYTIME.... I've gotten responses at like 3 am before... and they will tell you exactly what is going on, and how they are fixing it. Seriously, if you think their support is below-average you simply aren't trying to reach them.

I agree w/ Cirtex... some people are "complainers". Go find another better host, and leave this AWEFUL, TERRIBLE host for us... we like it just fine :)

Maybe you should look at the date this was posted before you go jumping down people's throats.

I don't see why Cirtex doesn't lock old topics such as this for this exact reason.

Agreed, old threads should be locked. I assumed (erroneously) that threads were ordered by date, making this a very recent message. Apparently, now they are ordered by date, so I shouldn't make the same mistake twice.

I suggest this thread (and all old threads) be locked per your suggestion.

No problem, we have made the Customer Experiences forum to "sort by thread start date" instead of last post so it should be fine :)

Take care
