Wow it's been a long while since somebody's posted in this forum but it's what it's here for so .. here I am.

When my site was down for so long due to the connection or whatever it's called issues that Lovely had. It would of been nice if I didn't have to wait over 4 hours to hear from someone when it was already fixed and working.

It would of been nice to of heard from someone after an hour or even 2, even if the problem wasn't fixed just like a hello.. we're here.... we're doing something about it.. we apologize for the downtime ... or something?

I mean 4+ hours of down time is ridiculous and though I understand completely that it wasn't your fault and all that time you probably were trying t work it out but it would of been nice to just been told something.. some sort of communication just to let me know that something is being done.

I just think that it would be a nice thing for people.. I know I'd appreciate it and I'm sure other customers would too.

thank you.. i just think it'd be awesome even if you didn't have an answer to the problem yet if you'd just send an aknowledgement that something is being done and stuff. :)
