To the potential customer,

Cirtexhosting has overall been a good choice, and I've been very happy for the most part (close to one year). The features offered for the prices are unparalleled, but the support is currently unacceptable. Each time I've submitted a ticket, the response times have grown longer and longer. Upon one occasion, I didn't even get any response (although it was a followup to the same unresolved problem). At the beginning things were great and they were extremely helpful. I don't know if ownership changed hands or they've hired some incompetents or what, but I wish it could be like it was!

If your server goes down for some reason, rest assured that Cirtexhosting will NOT tell you what's going on WHEN it's going on or that they are working on the problem at all. That has been my experience at least... They will usually tell you what the problem is hours later after things are back up, that is, if they are.

When you sign up for hosting here, you are signing up for the features and price...forget the support, it's almost non-existant lately.

I say all of this not to be bitter, but fair in hopes that Cirtexhosting will acknowlege their need for improvement in the aforementioned areas.

Regards,
R

P.S.

I would like to add that the billing dept. at Cirtexhosting is extremely reasonable to deal with. Because of the most recent downtime, they offered (and I accepted) a refund for the month which was extremely generous and certainly helped to make up for the loss.

I would just like to agree ,I think service wise .. what you get and everything. Cirtex is a pretty good host but their support severely lacks. .anyway just thought I'd agree since two voices are bigger then one :)

Besides the poor support though, service wise I'm quite happy here. Atleast the downtimes don't happen very often but it would be nice for some sort of response.

Hi,

Thank you for your reviews, we'll definitely be taking your advice and will be lookling into area for future improvements, as things that do go wrong we'll notify customers after we find out ourselves what went wrong, but if it's a maintanence or schedueled downtime we would definitely notify everyone before hand, unless we were notified late by the Datacenter itself, again thank you for your comments, appreciate it.
