So this site isn't biased at all. How about we let our customers review us and then read all the reviews before we decide to let them be visible in the forum. Why can't I tell your current and future customers to run??? Are you afraid of people actually telling the truth about your hosting service??

Slightly disappointing that feel the need to read the reviews before they accept or reject the post. It is like they don't want any bad reviews and if they do approve a bad review they are immediately able to follow it up with an excuse.

Most of the posts I have made on this forum have never made it or were quickly deleted. Watch this one might be next.

I personally haven't had any posts (that i know off) deleted and never have i had an issue with my posts needing to be approved although this seems to be a way to prevent really bad feedback appearing. I notice they hide the support forums from guest view too which seems to be hiding all the problems and in the sections open to guests they ensure that they dictate on what the guests will see and ensure that it is all mostly good.

As for the threads that you posted, all posts are under moderation as we've had in the past where members abused the experiences section and spammed the forum and were also going against the rules of the forum and posting rude comments.

Also we do approve all reviews even negative ones but we do our best to resolve issue with client first and our company policy is customers first, and we'll be sure to get your issues taken care of.
