Hi,
here is a website designed by me hosted at cirtex.
It showcases a cartoon daily on the homepage, with all previous cartoons available in the gallery section.
Galleries are also organized in categories for easier searches. Keyword searching is also implemented, though all cartoons are not fully keyword enabled yet.
