G'day!

I'm fairly serious about signing up for a small hosting contract with you (unless I find a much better/cheaper option, which I doubt very much from what I've read so far)...

This would be for an existing dot-com-domain [private travel blog]. Unfortunately the domain is currently registered in a pool of adult domains I own with godaddy. I'm planning to sell all these domains/sites, so I'll need to move this single domain out of my account with godaddy. Your domain registration is slightly above average rates [for a single domain I don't care that much, and you have to make some money, too], but I have a few questions re. domain registration:
· are you offering automated domain renewal?
· can I "lock" my domain with you?
· what are your conditions to move a domain registration to you?
· is there a domain registration FAQ page? (this should have probably been on top of my questions...)

Thanks for your time - looking forward to a reply!

Hi,

We can transfer it over if you contact helpdesk after signup or before signup if you wish.

We offer domain renewals, we notify you before hand, if domain expires we usually renew it for you if you pay us after expiration. YOu can lock domain and you will own domain even if you leave our hosting.

We currently dont have FAQs for domain registration, we will once we update our billing system.

Thanks for replying so quickly!

Don't you have a secure server yo keep my credit card and/or paypal details? So that the renewal payment(s) of domain registration and/or hosting can be automated?

As I stated; the page will be a travel blog - hence we'll be travelling, and not always near an internet access (and email). I hope we'll might get far away that in some periods we can't get on-line for weeks...

Cheers
