Let me open by saying that Cirtex hosting has great support and I havn't had any real problems in all this time till today. Let me explain. Cirtex found a need to pull a server offline "Lovely" in the middle of the day to upgrade ram. This is inexcusable! I work in the IT field and if we pulled a server off line in the middle of the busiest time of day they would have my hide and job! You never ever pull a server off line in the middle of the day you do it in the late night hours where no one will notice. For this reason I have allready moved to a more professional host that would never dream of doing such a thing. I am sorry but this mistake was a huge one and I hope you learn from this experience. I will miss you but i need my site running 24/7. good luck.

Hi Freddy,

Thank you for your business and I wish the best luck with your new host, below is some recap of today's incident.

We did not pull the plug out of Lovely in the middle of the day, we notified the DC to add additional Ram to Server Lovely few days ago and we specifically asked our Datacenter to do so at a night time for US East or off peak time. The DC agreed and told us that it's been completed few days ago after our request was sent.

We checked up with the server last night and found the server wasnt rebooted and the ram wasnt added even though they told us it was completed, so we contacted them again to have it completed and make sure they do it right this time. They replied it'll be done this time and told us it should go fine without any issues.

Today afternoon we found out server lovely was down and we immediately called them up and they told us it is getting the extra ram added. We specified for it to be done at off peak times but seems like they forgot and just took the best time for them to do the ram addition, which was done perfectly and now all sites are running much smoother for server Lovely.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused and we're not shifting blames but we'll definitely make sure it doesnt happen again with any of our servers in the future and we'll double check with the DC next time to make sure it doesnt happen again.

If you would like a full refund for this month we'd be more than happy to issue it, please let us know via billing, thank you.
