I was wondering if there is any cgi script (or alternative) that could be used to count the amount of total http downloads of certain individual files and at the same time limit certain individual files being downloaded to a certain amount per day?
Currently using p2p to avoid bandwidth consumption but since I've only got a limited upload (28kb max upload but 2mb download - UK upload speeds suck don't they?) I'd like to offer an alternative for the times I can't spare my upstream bandwidth. Any other idea's? I want to avoid clubbox, irc etc
