PHP5 (5.2.0) along with Zend and Ioncube + FFMPEG!

We’re proud to announce the upgrade to PHP 5.2.0 for all of our servers, this is a big leap forward for CirtexHosting as we’re now offering PHP4 and PHP5 hosting in the same package!

Both PHP4 and PHP5 will also be packed with Zend Optimizer along with Ioncube Loader and FFMPEG / FFMPEG-PHP!

This is just one of the many new exciting features in store for our customers and we have many more new features on it’s way in the planning stage for the upcoming 2007!

I am planning to do some upgrades for my MediaWiki sites, which requires after version. 1.6.8. PHP 5. Is there some configuration needed to run your site either in PHP 4 or PHP 5? Some other software I am running still requires PHP 4 and is unable to run in PHP 5.

You need to either change .php to .php5 or place a .htaccess file with the command in it in your wiki folder.
