It would be nice if you added software that allowed complete DNS control for any accounts we have.

Hi,

That is possible for Reseller packages at http://www.cirtexhosting.com/resellers.shtml

At the moment we can not have this enabled for shared hosting customers, but if you need to make changes, just send over the list to helpdesk we'll make modifications asap for ya.

Cheers

Right now, I am using GoDaddy's Total DNS control, I would be willing to switch to your nameservers if you did enable that option, since I like to change around my DNS often.

Hi Califer

If you purchase reseller then you'll get this option via http://demo.cirtexhosting.com/webhostmanager/ , otherwise cpanel does not have that feature for shared hosting clients at the moment.

Please let us know if you need any help with DNS though anytime :)

Cheers

Hi,

Sorry we can only this option for reseller accounts as you are required to have reseller privileges in order for cPanel to grant you the access to edit your domain's DNS Records and so on.

Cheers

Let me just add!
since your growing strong, mabye its time to look at a directadmin box for these reasons then clinets could choice this option!!
Just a thought! :) Directadmin can be used for total DNS control well close to total dns control!

even tho the reason I came here was for a Cpanel Reseller! :P

Anyway eitherway I dont care I personaly dont really like Cpanel but hey over 50% of people do witch is why I got a reseller:P Now im going to move to asking a question in another part of the forums

Hi

We've used DirectAdmin for 2 years and even though it is very nice and we have no problems with it, there are quite few downsides to it when it comes to server administration and also user interface for both admin and users and sometimes get's very confusing.

We will consider though in future.

Cheers

Yep, sometimes it just comes down to preference.
